joining two srt's how?

 I have noticed some include 3 srt files for 2 CD dvd rips.  When joining the two movie files with
 vdub  the 3rd srt file seem to match the joined movie. I'm impressed. But how to join exactly
 correctly two orginal srt files? Please give some hints.

Hi,

   Use Jubler subtitle editor.

  Open multiple subtitle parts--> goto tools-> join files.

  This is a very good subtitle editor with a lot of options to edit, join, resync.

 Moreover, its a freeware and open source project.

It may take some time to understand it well. reading the help file can be useful.
