Can I offer a monetary reward in a subtitle request?

Topic title, basically (here is my request: http://subscene.com/forums/t/205935.aspx). I'd assume not, and I've pretty much spent 2 hours searching for one person online who would do subtitles for a copyrighted movie or TV series without any form of fruition.

So, if not, does anyone know of a good site to do such paid requests for copyrighted media subtitles? I remember a link here on subscene some time back to a site they started, but besides visiting it once myself I since lost the link and don't know if the site is still operational.

and it's allowed to offer money for translations here, too, but this shouldn't be a full-on marketplace. This site is offering free subtitles, but you can always negotiate in private messages or emails.

PS: I am German but I wouldn't even know where to get those mini series. Pretty rare stuff, huh?

PPS: Sounds interesting but I don't have time for it right now.
