1. Describe in detail what is wrong (or what you don't like in the new version).

If there is a link you can possibly give us, please do so. Example: you cannot open/edit/download a subtitle - LINK PLEASE!

2. Tell us your operating system (Windows 7, Vista, XP, MacOSX, Linux....etc).
    For Windows: Is it 32bit or 64bit?

3. Tell us the browser you are using (Firefox, Internet Explorer, Safari, Chrome.....etc)

4. A screenshot is often helpful.

We will try our best to solve all the issues as soon as possible.

1.The font (its size) in the main front of Subscene is annoying. It is not like usual.
2.I don't like the brown with the green (the words' colors). They are not harmonious.

i cant upload a subtitle

every time itry to do this message appear

1- now when u on a movie's page and click on any subtitle it takes u to its own page

and what it not good about it is that in the old version when u click on a subtitle u can download it without having to go to its page.

i think it's better the way it was i mean if u wanted to see the subtitle page u can click on "More nfo" (was it More nfo)?^_^.

anyway that's my opinion. ^_^

2-  there is the " Email me replies to this post." function, its default value is CHECKED and i think it better if its default value is UNCHECKED.

When you press on the My subtitles

instead of showing you your sub's

it will ask you to sign in again

and once you do...it will not show you your sub's

no it will ask you sign again and again it will never show you sub's

what's i mean to say is , how can i see my own sub's?

Can you upload a screenshot? I don't see anything  in brown letters over here...

1. Agreed. I too think it was better before.

2. You are right. As it is now, it doesn't really make sense. By the way, if you disable email notification in your profile, the checkbox vanishes altogether - which is weird because now it would make sense: usually you don't want to get notified, but when you made a post, you might want to enable it for this particular thread. I can see no reason to have it the other way round.

Many people seem to have that problem. I don't have it at all. I created a new account and tested it. It works fine with FF3.6, IE8 and Chrome under WinXP. (I can also delete my own uploads.)

It could help to clear the browser cache and cookies.

Please everybody remember to post your operating system and browser. I have the strong feeling that many problems only occur in certain combinations of OS and browser.

Having problem signing in at My Subtitle it won't let me in, it asking to sign in over and over.

-Firefox 3.6.8 up to date

done clear caches and cookie from firefox still not work

am running winXP

i have tried Firefox and IE8 & 7 and Chrome and Opera

nothing works even after cache and cookies cleaning

Pls. Find a solution for this problem

i want to be able to see my sub's. Thnx

and one more thing...

if i try to edit any of my sub's

it will sign me in again

and the same thing happens.

I assume you both have javascript enabled and you don't have your firewall or internet security block referrers, right? But then subscene wouldn't have worked in the old version either. Hmmm.

Well, if there is a pattern emerging, I am too dumb to see it....

I can see your subtitles, even when I am not logged in. Please try that for me: log off and see if you can see your subs now.

In the old version everything was just fine until this new version.

Yes i can see my sub at main page or click my user name i can see the list but not all of my sub just few,

only thing can't go to "My Subtitle" it ask to sign in over and over that the one I want to access so i can see all of my sub including edit if needed.

-yes Java enabled

-Not blocked by firewall

just remove the sign in requirement on that area "MY Subtitle"

Maybe that will works for us who having problem

Hi - I've the same problem with "My subtitles" as Troopers and others...

I use Windows 7 - english version

and my problem is the same in Firefox version 3.6.8 and Internet Explorer version 8.0.7600.16385

...and I can't edit my subtitles either, then I get this login template again and again....

1. Try doing a Ctrl+F5 refresh (hard refresh), that should give you the latest.

2. What elements are brown?

1. In order to improve the download of files (so that more can download directly) I had to move the download of subtitles to one main page. In this way subtitle contributors should also get more comments from users hence they have more direct access to the comment page after they downloaded the file.

2. I think most users want to receive email notifications of a discussion when they reply to it. Dont you agree Rogard?

BTW. the "My subtitles" issue has been fixed :) Thanks for reporting.
